Shipping & Payment Policy
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery. Monday to Friday are considered as working days except for public holidays.
To ensure timely deliveries, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
- All orders above INR 2499 qualify for free shipping in India within our delivery service area.
- Total shipping charges vary between INR 150 and INR 500, and will be calculated at checkout. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
- You will be notified of the complete shipping charges at the time of checkout.
We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Goods need to be signed for, upon delivery. Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

For shipping in India, we accept all Indian/ International credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI etc through our payment gateways Razorpay.
We don’t have the option of Cash on Delivery (COD).
